Different types of Air Ambulances

There are different types of Air Ambulances. The choice for the type of Air Ambulance highly depends on the situation of your loved one. But also where the patient is situated and how far we have to travel to the destination. But we always make sure your patient will be transported from bed-to-bed

Choosing the right Air Ambulance for you

When you choose for repatriation with an Air Ambulance, you can choose three different kinds of airplanes. Fly with EMS in the Challenger 604, the Bombardier Learjet 60, or the Bombardier Global Express. On every plane, the same medical equipment is on board. But in other ways the airplanes vary from one another. The Bombardier Global Express is the fastest airplane with 900 km/h and has the highest maximum take off weight and longest minimal runway length.

Crew on an Air ambulance

On every flight there are two pilots and a specialistic medical crew on board. There is also room for extra passengers, who want to travel with the patient. This depends on the type of plane you will choose.
