I came into contact with EMS because I was in the hospital in Turkey and no longer wanted to live. I was fed up; so many things had happened there. My sisters then searched for an organization that could bring me back to the Netherlands. This became EMS. The contact with EMS went smoothly, not directly through me, but through my sisters. The organization had everything well organized. They came by a day in advance to get acquainted and arrange everything. My experience with EMS was heartwarming. Everything was well arranged. I felt safe, and it was nice to have someone with a lot of expertise and experience by my side. I definitely recommend EMS. The way everything went for me was just wonderful and heartwarming. I felt comfortable, and there was a lot of communication. EMS is a good organization that knows what they are doing and brings people back in the right way with the right expert people!

In the hospital in Barcelona, I was in a lot of pain due to a bleeding near my kidney. Unfortunately, the care in Barcelona was minimal and I laid there with my soul under my arm. I was mentally exhausted after 8 days of severe pain. Finally, we took matters into our own hands and called in EMS-247. I was helped very well by EMS-247! The ambulance personnel were very helpful. I was given good medication during my ride back to the Netherlands so I hardly experienced any pain. The admission at the Spaarne hospital went smoothly. I am very grateful to EMS-247 for everything they did for me.
