Long distance road ambulance

Repatriation by road ambulance is the most comfortable and convenient way to get a patient home safely.

Our fleet is always on standby.

Our medical team come to you in one of our ambulances. They carry out their own examination to make sure it is medically safe to take the patient home and prepare them for travel. Meanwhile, the office team makes all the necessary preparations for the repatriation. They liaise with the hospitals at both ends and make arrangements for tunnel or ferry crossings if necessary.

Private air ambulance

Our medical team come to you and carry out their own examination to make sure it is medically safe to fly home. Once they’ve established you are fit-to-fly, the office team makes all the necessary preparations for the repatriation. They liaise with the hospitals at both ends, arrange the aircraft and the flight, including refuelling stops if necessary.

The space inside the plane provides the medical team with better access to the patients for treatment and care. The team looks after the patient and all their needs during the flight.

Depending on the patient’s condition and the size of the medical team, it is sometimes possible for a family member or friend to accompany the patient on the flight.

It is sometimes possible for a patient to travel home on a commercial flight accompanied by a medical professional.

Our medical team come to you bringing all necessary equipment and medication with them. Once they arrive, they carry out their own examination and prepare the patient for travel. We arrange for an ambulance and take the patient to the airport.

A repatriation on a commercial flight with a medical escort is much cheaper than a private air ambulance.
